Shipping Information

Shipping Services

Maximum Brutality primarily ships using Pirate Ship and USPS.

International orders shipped through Pirate Ship may be handled by third-party carriers such as Asendia or EasyPost.

Pirate Ship is a budget-friendly shipping option and is typically $3–$6 less expensive than USPS. Delivery times may vary by location and are often slightly slower than USPS services, particularly for international orders.

Estimated International Delivery Times

  • Western Europe: 2–4 weeks

  • South America: 4–6 weeks

  • Asia: 6–8 weeks

  • Eastern Europe: 6–8 weeks

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

If you are an international customer and would prefer your package be shipped directly through USPS instead of Pirate Ship, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Insurance & Package Coverage

Unless you purchase additional Shipping Insurance or select a shipping method that includes coverage, Maximum Brutality is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

U.S. Orders

The following shipping methods include up to $100 of insurance coverage:

  • Standard Tracking (USPS Ground Advantage)

  • Tracking (Expedited) / USPS Priority Mail

If you require coverage exceeding $100, additional Shipping Insurance must be purchased.

International Orders

International customers must purchase additional Shipping Insurance to receive package coverage.

Shipping Insurance is strongly recommended for destinations in Eastern Europe, Asia, South America, and other regions where delivery issues may be more common.

Delivered, Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact their local postal service or carrier for assistance.

Maximum Brutality is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged during transit unless Shipping Insurance was purchased or coverage is included with the selected shipping method.

For insured shipments, customers may be required to provide photographs of the package, packaging materials, and damaged contents in order to initiate a claim.

Standard Letter Mail (Economy Shipping)

We understand that shipping can sometimes cost more than the item itself. Due to popular demand, we have reintroduced Standard Letter Mail as a low-cost shipping option.

Please review the following restrictions before selecting this shipping method:

  • Recommended for orders containing 1–2 patches

  • Maximum of 4 patches per order

  • Orders containing more than 4 patches may be refunded or required to upgrade shipping

  • Back patches, hats, flags, and other bulky items are not eligible

  • No tracking or insurance is provided

  • The customer assumes all risk associated with this shipping method

  • Maximum Brutality is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages shipped via Standard Letter Mail

International Letter Mail Restrictions

International orders shipped via Standard Letter Mail must remain within reasonable quantity limits. Excessive quantities may increase the likelihood of customs inspections, delays, or returned packages. Maximum Brutality reserves the right to restrict or cancel Standard Letter Mail orders that exceed these limitations.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Errors

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or trades.

In the event of an error on our part, we will resolve the issue at our expense. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Ship the correct item while allowing you to keep the incorrectly shipped item, or

  • Arrange an exchange if the correct item remains in stock

All items are inspected before being added to inventory and again before shipment. Due to the textile-based nature of woven and embroidered patches, minor variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will be held and shipped in full once the pre-ordered item becomes available and reaches its release date.

If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order for any pre-order items.

Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that product photos accurately represent the final product. However, due to manufacturing limitations, some color combinations cannot be reproduced exactly.

As a result, slight differences may exist between product photos and the item you receive. These variations may be caused by factors including, but not limited to:

  • Photography and lighting conditions

  • Monitor and screen settings

  • Available thread colors

  • Manufacturing limitations

  • Image quality and color calibration

By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor variations in color and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Maximum Brutality has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost. Any charges incurred during the import process are the responsibility of the customer.
